Join the SMRC and staff a first aid tent for Paddle Splash and event for youth and adults that includes a 5-mile paddle race, 8-mile race, 2-mile open race, 4-person relay race, outrigger canoe, surf-ski, and standup paddleboarding events, paddleboard yoga, wellness activities and community gatherings. This outdoor event is located at Black Miner's Bar, Folsom Lake Recreation area.
Three medical members and two non-medical members with CPR training needed per day. Uniform is black pants or long professional shorts, black SMRC t-shirt or blue SMRC polo shirt and optional SRMC ball cap. If you have not earned a uniform yet, please wear a plain black shirt.
Food/water provided by event, if you have any special dietary needs bring your own food.
Fee for parking, carpooling encouraged but event planners may provide some parking passes.
